Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all customers
  • Take orders over the phone
  • Assist with food preparation
  • Assist with expiditing all customer orders
  • General cleaning and dishwashing
  • Follow all company and store manager’s policies
  • Double-check delivery orders for accuracy
  • Take delivery orders to customers’ homes
  • Take orders over the phone
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist other employees when not delivering
  • Follow all company and store manager’s policies
  • Learn and be able to work all employee positions of the store
  • Learn and be able to make every item on the menu
  • Make all pizzas, breadsticks, and calzones as necessary
  • Restock toppings and ingredients in the pizza bench
  • Assist other employees with general cleaning and other tasks
  • Contribute to create a great work environment
  • Oversee all store operations
  • Be able to work all employee positions of the store
  • Create efficient labor schedule each week
  • Place weekly food, supplies, and beverage orders
  • Delegate tasks and set goals for employees
  • Hire and train new staff as needed
  • Understanding of basic restaurant regulations – food handling, equipment safety and sanitation, and customer relationship management

Basic Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must provide proof of automobile insurance
  • Must have own form of reliable transportation
